Long Haired pure bread chihuahua. White fur with tan highlights. Very friendly to people, and extremely energetic and loves attention. Will jump into strangers vehicles. Doesn't like other animals, dogs in particular. He has a little bump on his belly that looks like a cyst or and outtie belly button. He also gets dark rings around his eyes from his tears.
