Pet Description:

Young, short hair, black and white, 65-75 lb but pronounced ribs. Not fixed. Wearing black leather collar and tan tactical harness. No tags. Dog was reported in the area for at least two days. Skittish but otherwise very laid back personality and intelligent. Other than emaciation the dog looked healthy and well cared for by someone. Dog released to Montrose Animal Shelter, Montrose, CO
