female blue nose with a white chest around 30 pounds very sweet no tag I’ve identified Humane Society both the Lucia and Flagler I’ve also put her on social media and taken her to the veterinarian to see if she has a chip which she does not but they did say that she has had a litter of puppies may have not been recently but has definitely been bred.
