Rowdy is a BEAUTIFUL TUXEDO CAT. He is afraid of strangers as well as moving cars. He would respond I think to the words treat ,treats. He is 9.5 years old. We Miss and Love him Very much. He is spoiled and very vocal. I am offering a reward for his safe return. He has a small scar on his right ear, but not very noticeable until you see him up close. He is in the Weeke Watchee area, I believe. I have put flyers all over as well as called shelters and vets. I have handed out flyers to people
