**KEPT INSIDE** Buster is a rat terrier/Chihuahua mix (but the fur around his neck reminds me of a corgi). He is a very small, but muscular, 14lb, male puppy who is mainly black on his upperside & almost all white on his underside. He has a shortened tail, not docked, but shorter than most. short haired, but sheds a lot. He was wearing a black/gray harness when he was last seen.
