He is a 13 year old Senior Fawn Male Pug, both ears floppy. One of his legs sticks out to his side when he lays down because he has hip dysplasia. He has a cough/hacking that happens when he gets excited because of Collapsing Trachea. He is very quiet, hardly barks. No collar but microchipped to our current address. He was last seen walking towards El Camino Ave around 1pm
