Found dog running down 8th & Watt (near tax place) through intersection onto the one-way heading toward 10th street. Couple blocks from Jeff Fire Department. Dog is small 15lbs +/- that is mostly black with brown/white markings. Very sweet male dog that is neutered with stub tail. Loves riding in car.
