Pet Description:

Basil is a male 10 month old puppy .Lost him today as he escaped from my office while the wind blew the door open . A transient took him as I have it on camera . He was digging thru our large trash bin , then took a robe to tie basil up . I am putting flyers out all over and A reward up . Please please let me find my basil . I am devastated. Paige Newman
