Lost dog! My black German shepherd husky mix got out yesterday morning at around 10am. Left my mom's house on east 22nd st. In Oakland towards fruitvale ave. He is black with white on his chest has a blue Kong collar on. His tags fell off so he has no tags but his is chipped. We are very we worried because our baby is skittish but he is not dangerous.
