Pet Description:

Dog found in Fleming Island Plantation Lake Ridge North on New Year’s Eve. Small Chihuahua mix with white markings on chest and graying areas around muzzle. Looks to be a mature dog. Doesn’t appear to have many teeth. Very nervous and so far has refused food.
