Pet Description:

This sad old girl was brought in to us at Virginia Vet Centers by Henrico animal control on 12/29/2018. She was found in a sewer at an unknown location somewhere in the Henrico/Richmond area wearing a RED COLLAR. She has severe arthritis with a large skin lesion on her back and a chronic skin condition. If you have any information regarding this baby, please let me know and we can work towards reuniting her with the family she once had. Thank you all for your time!
