Black and white dog. About 60lbs. Looks like a border collie with shepherd ears. Black dog with a white neck and belly. Pointed ears. Long tail with white tip. White paws like socks. Had a navy collar with a yellowish pattern on it. Friendly but very shy, skiddish dog. Might run away if approached.
