FOUND on September 23, 2018 in Norco, CA 92860 Near Hamner Ave & 3rd St Message from Finder: Found basset hound on hamner Ave/3rd st at around 5pm on Sunday 9/23/18 . She was with a dark brown Chihuahua and on the road. Was unable to get the Chihuahua before it ran off and I was unable to see where it went. Basset hound looks to be older and possibly have a bit of trouble walking. No tags just a collar. She is at my house on hamner in the shade with some water and food. I will make sure she is w
