Capers is a chihuahua beagle. Looks like a mini beagle. White with black and brown markings. She’s very skittish so if you approach her she will run! Best just to call us and let us know where you saw her. She may be hiding under bushes or behind things. We are in Park West in the Arlington subdivision. One reported she was dodging traffic on Bessemer road around 5:45 pm Saturday. Thanks for your help!
