Pet Description:

She is a very nice seemingly house trained cat. Very kind. She has fleas, dirty ears, scratch on her nose, and a healed gash on her neck on the right side. She is eating and is terribly skinny, looks young but I’m unsure of her age. She won’t drink water or any hydrating cat appropriate liquids.
