Fell out of Jeep traveling on State Street from Midvale to Draper, 12300 S. Might have fallen from Draper to Riverton along 12300 S. I made mistakes leading to her being lost, but she means the world to me. She has a very happy home here and isn't just my Emotional Support Animal (I'm on disability) sh
