FOUND: German Shepherd no collar male - thin is roaming the streets of Racquet Club Drive in Grand Prairie Texas. Looks like he's dehydrated because he tried to defecate on a neighbors yard and nothing came out. Poor thing looks like it hasn't eaten or had a drink in days. I did not approach him and I did not get a photo. Last time I saw him was five minutes ago he has been going up and down the street for about two hours.
