Pet Description:

Intact friendly male (around 2 years old) was found without collar or leash at around 8am this morning (8/15/2018). He followed me and my dog home. He looks like a shih tzu mixed with a Black and Tan Dapple dachshund (if that makes any sense). He could be another breed entirely. He doesn't seem to be comfortable with a collar on or walking on a leash and he is not microchipped (checked at the vet this morning). He's friendly with my very large puppy and two kids.
