Found female black and white dog (terrier mix? Havanese?) Red and white gingham collar, no tags. This dog was in the middle of the intersection in front of St. Clare hospital at approx. 1:30PM. I got out to help her and she jumped into my car. It was a about to storm. She is safe. Contact for pickup.
