He is a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix with coloring on his back that reminds you of a cow. He is around 13 pounds and 9 years old though he doesn't look that old. He is also missing a few teeth and gets stuff under his eyes near his nose. He is sweet, but a bit of a chicken. He has a purple collar (as long as whoever took him didn't take it off) with a tag with his name and our number.
