Pet Description:

Large, neutered, predominately grey pitbull mix with white markings on chest and feet. Dogs back looks like he has some brindle in him. Vet found chip but AVID said when they call they get a recorded message like the owner has not paid bill. Dog is super sweet. I am taking him to East Valley Shelter tomorrow.
