Jasper is approximately 15 inches tall, weighing roughly 16 lbs. He is a mix between a border collie and a MINI australian shepard. He has long hair with semi erect ears and a extremely bushy tail. Last seen wearing a green collar with a white rope attached. He may be favoring his front right leg. He is scared and is never away from me for longer than a few hours so he may be timid or skidish.
