Nikko is a 13 year old tan colored Poodle Mix. He is blind, deaf and diabetic. He needs insulin daily. Last seen around 8:15 am on April 11th, a neighbor witnessed an Asian Woman in a white BMW sedan driving down on Rose Street. She pulled over and carried Nikko into her car.
