He is cream colored with tan ears and tan freckles on his nose. He is a smaller dog, around 20 lbs. He is a mutt that looks something like a combination of cocker spaniel, long haired chihuahua and dachshund mix with a long body and nose and shorter legs. He got loose WITHOUT A COLLAR, but is microchipped. He will likely be shy if approached and try to run away, but he is a very nice dog.
