This is not my dog. I am reporting the dog missing as it had on a blue shoulder harness for a leash and was trotting aimlessly up the hill from Philadelphia Pike toward the storage center, continued up into the hillside residential area and corssed to the larger homes above Edgemoor and Paladin CLub. I was not able to get near her. She was very skittish and frightened, trotting away to the back side of the homes, and I lost sight. Another car had spotted her, and the female driver said she had
