Found this little guy on 02/07/18 on-or-around 6:00pm right in front of IDEA School (McAllen TX - corner of Business Highway 83 & Bentsen Rd). Salt & pepper color. Was not wearing a collar or tags. Very docile. Very well groomed; well kept; well behaved. Appears to have been an in-door dog.
