He looks like Bichon, Frise and white color. He has blue collar with blue name & address tag.He is not small dog, mid-size dog with little curly hair like poodle. Please see the pic attached.He won’t let anyone touch him or come close to him. He will not bite anyone, he just barks at and runs away from people
