Pet Description:

Brown/black with some tan markings. 20 lbs. Fluffy tail and wispy hair on ears. Small/medium size. very friendly but skittish. Blue harness with white bones on it. Ran out the door while foster family was visiting family in NE Philadelphia on Christmas Day. He is not from the area he was lost at. He was originally found in Allentown by me. Foster's do have a tag on his harness with the name Doug and a phone number. 570-807-2634. If you even spot him please call Doug or myself.
