Pet Description:

75 lb Beagle/Dalmation mix. Bandit is a rescue dog and freightens easily at loud sounds and busy streets. He has a loud bark but is not a ferocious dog, just fearful. He is unaware of watching for cars and new to Alameda. He is the emotional support dog to my daughter who is heartbroken.
