Cooper is about 65 pounds and looks a lot like a small deer. Has a pink dot on his nose, white paws, playful and friendly, 3 yrs old, last had a neon greenish collar that was part of a harness, he lost his collar that had his information on it, he might not even have a collar now. He took off after a deer in the pouring rain heading east . I live between ogilville and mt healthy. Unsure what direction he might be heading now.
