Pet Description:

Just saw a black and white or brown longer haired dog, maybe 30-35 pounds with a pink tag in McKees Rocks on the train tracks (near YRC Freight on Thompson Ave), along the river, above the underpass where you have to beep before proceeding. Continued down the tracks when I stopped.
