Pet Description:

Small male terrier looking dog. Very sweet, toe nails are a little long. Seems to have a little knot on the left side of his neck, but does not seem to be painful. Skinny little legs. Tail is cut.He was desperately trying to find his home it seems. I saw him run up to all my neighbors doors/fences as if wanting to get in.
