Found a male dog, looks like a terrier/poodle mix maybe. About 20 pounds. Black with strands of dark gray. Not sure of his age, but definitely not a puppy. Has on a black collar with what remained of a metal leash or chain attached. Friendly. Sits and gives you his paw when asked.
