Found with distinctive chain collar--Double chain underside of neck-
single chain on top. Found in Redland area of SO. FL . Very thin and
looking for his home and his people.

update: "Russel" is now safe -off the street and being fostered. Gaining
weight and personality. Still looking for his home--old or new!
