Pet Description:

Small orange Tabby approximately 6-8 months old. Possibly female and pregnant, but not confirmed. Has a collar that looks to be too small. Meows a lot when I call out kitty and when I bring food, but very skittish and is not approachable. Unsure of color of collar, dark color w/ a white or reflective stripe and a possible small object dangling from it (not a bell).
