Black and white Shih Tzu (?) found running west on fletcher ave between 20th and 19th around 11am. No collar, no chip. Not a puppy, but still younger. Very friendly, came right up to me. Loves to lay on your lap and looks recently groomed. Hoping to get him back to a loving home!Habla español también.
