Pet Description:

Mangy, skinny and malnourished medium size dog ran straight at my car by Ihland Dental, I could not see a collar, it seemed like a stray. Not a coyote, but similar size and coloring. Ran across street into the red and yellow townhouse neighborhood. No car sense, I almost ran it over. It was running from the dark brown apartment complex on the left side of madison going south just past the roundabout by the library.
