Not neutered. Not microchipped. Very sweet. No collar. A little fearful of my husband and myself but thinks my kids are great. Doesn’t seem aggressive in the slightest. He’s malnourished as well. Found near Linden Oaks, Cameron (Harnett County) on the other side of the fence.Staying with us currently until we can find his owners or a good home for him
