A man got my dog and claimed to have taken it to a lady on Washington St. He said he was supposed to fill out paperwork but just left and left my dog there. Now, the man won't speak to me and was very rude and obnoxious the last I saw him. I don't know what his problem is or why he wants to hurt me. But, this is my support animal and there is a reward for her safe return home or information leading to her safe return home, no questions asked. She's 6 months old today and she has a blue speckled
