Update: last seen 11/24 around 7:30am walking South on Galaxie near Red and brown male Shiba Inu. Has a neon green collar on with the name Penny (my dogs name). He is pretty skittish so approach him slowly and relatively quietly. Snuck out of our yard around 10am today, 11/23/23. Please note: picture is general; not a picture of him.
