His name is Pico. He is not exactly a Chihuahua; he is a mixed breed. He ran out of the house towards the Boston public garden. I found him there and a group of people tried to catch him as well. They did not succeed because little boy is very very fast. When they tried to catch him, his leash fell off, making things much more stressful and worse. please let me know if you see him anywhere. ??????
