Pet Description:

Dog appears to be healthy but cold and wet and is 40ish lbs. looks like a black lab mix with white under his chin and on his chest and feet. Mostly straight tail that curves slightly up at the end. Here is the picture my partner took. She found him while driving between Shady Cove and Drew (between Medford and Roseburg) on Saturday Oct 14th.
