I caught this little black male terrier on Tuesday morning to prevent him from running in the traffic on Fernley Drive in Duarte. He's a very sweet boy, but I cannot keep him. The vet up the street from me scanned him and verified that he is not microchipped. I am hoping he can be reunited with his owner.
