Pet Description:

Timid black dog with white mark on face and I think chest. Mid sized dog. Think he's a male. No collar. Tried to give him a piece of chicken to check his paw(I think he's hurt because he's limping) but he won't come near me. Please help find the owner. He's very thin and scared.
