Oscar is a 10 year old neutered male Husky mix; He is very sweet but skittish of strange men. He's just moved to La last July. Was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He was used to being free to go in and out in a fenced back yard so he had to go on a leash for walks or be tethered when he moved to La. He got loose from his tether and is carrying part of it around with him. He could be lost in the woods.
