Pet Description:

Found male Bully, unfixed and un-chipped. Very friendly and cuddly, okay with dogs. Found on Neuse River Trail near Milburnie Dam, location is approximate. Seems cared for but very dirty and covered in hives, we’ve taken him home and fed and medicated him. Can’t keep past the end of the weekend.
