Rocky is a white/beige Pomeranian dog that is full of energy and fluffy. He ran out of the house and into the nearby neighborhood. A neighbor said Rocky was at the front gate entrance. Someone posted on Facebook that Rocky ran across baseline road into the alleyway of the private properties near Quick Trip.
