Pet Description:

Ruddy is my dads dog, he is mostly black with brown & tan markings. He wandered away from home, when his owner went to the hospital. Ruddy is about 35 Lbs, Blind in Rt eye. Sometimes limps a little with Lt hind foot up. No coller, because of a recent neck injury (that just healed). He is friendly, likes to ride in vehicles. When he walks, he keeps his tail straight up in the air.
