Pet Description:

Sweet and very friendly female cat, approx 11 years old according to a neighbor. The owners moved and dumped the cat outside in the frigid temperatures last week. She was an indoor cat all of a sudden left outside in freezing temperatures to fend for herself with no food or water and no shelter.
