Unable to secure this dog; too skittish. Appears to be a labradoodle, recently groomed. Teal collar, though I wasn't able to see that there were tags. The dog was seen at the corner of Lexington/Harlem, then Elgin/Lexington, heading south on Elgin toward Harvard. Forest Park.
